SOLAR POWERED RO PLANT | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
An RO plant is short of Reverse Osmosis. In reverse osmosis, the idea is to use the membrane to act like an extremely fine filter to create drinkable water from salty (or otherwise contaminated) water. The salty water is put on one side of the membrane and pressure is applied to stop, and then reverse, the osmotic process. It generally takes a lot of pressure and is fairly slow, but it works well. Solar Powered RO system is useful where the water requirement is large and the water source is salty and electricity is not available the Solar Powered Reverse Osmosis is the best solution. The Solar RO plant will work from morning to evening purifying water and storing it for 24 hour use. |

REFRIGERATOR |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
This is another important application
of solar energy. The solar refrigerator is specially designed to generate
enough refrigeration effect and store it for overnight requirement. Hence
even though the sunlight is available only during the day the solar refrigerator
will keep the items cool for 24 hours. It is most useful for primary health
centers where important medicines can be stored without the fear of damage. |
